Sleep. It’s a human universal. We all do it. Some of us prioritize it. Others struggle to find the time. Yet whether your snoozing hours are vast or slim, we all enjoy a little shut eye. Over the course of our lives, we sleep approximately 26 years. Did you hear that!? Think of all the time you could read, travel, and binge on The Bachelor!
You’d think if sleep was as crucial as it is to our sanity, productivity, and overall health and happiness, we’d handle it a bit more thoughtfully than we do. We prioritize eating, occasional exercise, and rigid beauty routines. But sleep? It can easily become an afterthought.
